These are real switches, not fine print. You can change any of them later in Settings, and turning one off changes what the app actually does.

Pattern analysis. Let Frequelle analyse your own entries to find patterns and personalise what it suggests. With this off, you still get check-ins, journal and history — but no insights.

Product analytics. Record the names of actions you take — never their content — so the product can be improved.

Anonymised aggregate learnings. Off by default. Allows your data to contribute to aggregate, non-identifying product learnings.
