For women · Invite-only, in closed testing

A private place to understand yourself.

A minute a day on how you actually are — mood, energy, stress, confidence, desire, connection, your body — and, over the weeks, an honest picture of what shifts you and what genuinely helps. Measured against your own normal. Never against anyone else's.

Emerging
When you need clarity, journal prompts tend to be what helps.
Possible
On work days your stress sits above your usual range — 9 of the last 11.
Under a minute
Three constants and a couple of rotating questions. It stays short on purpose.
Compared to you
A 5 might be your ordinary Tuesday or a real drop. It learns your range first.
Evidence, or silence
One good day is not a pattern. It says nothing until it has seen enough.
Yours alone
Journal and notes are encrypted. Nobody — including the people running it — reads them.

How it works

One small loop, repeated.

Every pass teaches it something about you. Not about women in general — about you.

01

Check in

How you are, in a minute. The questions change with what it still needs to know.

02

Context

What was going on — work, partner, rest, a trigger. One tap, so the numbers mean something.

03

Insight

When a pattern clears the evidence bar, you see it — labelled possible, emerging or consistent.

04

Practice

Something to try, chosen for what you said you need — a breath, a frame, a prompt, a lesson.

05

Outcome

Did it help? Your answer changes what you are offered next time. That is the learning.

Then it goes round again — and each week it knows you a little better than the week before.

What you will actually see

Your own patterns, in your own units.

Not a score out of a hundred. A picture of where you sit against your own baseline, and what tends to be going on when you leave it.

The Pattern Map

After a few weeks it has learned your usual range for each measure. Days outside it get looked at properly — what was the context, what did you need, what did you try?

  • Baselines are yours: your median, your spread, not a population average.
  • Associations are reported as exactly that. Never as causes.
  • You can tell it when it is wrong, and it changes what you see next.

The Weekly Frequency report

Every seven days, a short written report. It opens with the one thing that mattered most, says how sure it is, and ends with a single focus for the week ahead.

  • Written from your entries — nothing generic pasted in.
  • Hedged when the evidence is thin. It would rather say less.
  • A 30-day report shows trends. At 90 days, how you have actually changed.

Weekly Frequency · week 4

A steadier week than the last two — and the first where your evenings recovered before bed rather than after.

What movedEnergy held above your usual range on four days. That has not happened since you started.
What helpedYou reached for a journal prompt on both days you named clarity as the need, and rated it as helping both times. emerging
Where it is still guessingDesire has only three readings this week. Not enough to say anything yet.
One focus for next week: notice what the evenings you recovered had in common.

A library that learns what works for you

Short practices, frameworks, prompts and lessons across mind, body, desire and connection. Rate whether one helped, and the ranking shifts — for you, not for everyone.

  • Most take three to seven minutes.
  • Something that never lands for you quietly stops being suggested.
  • Chosen for the need you named, not for the mood of the day.

What it pays attention to

Eight measures. Three every day, the rest in rotation.

Mood, energy and stress are asked every time. The others come round when the picture needs filling in, so a check-in never turns into a form.

Mood Very low → Very good · every day
Energy Depleted → Full · every day
Stress None → Overwhelming · every day
Confidence Shaky → Solid
Desire Absent → Alive
Connection Distant → Close
Body connection Disconnected → At home
Sleep quality Terrible → Restful

For the moment itself

“I need…”

Bad night, hard meeting, a text you should not send. Name what you need and get one thing to do about it — in the time you actually have.

I need to settle down I need to think straight I need to feel solid in myself I need to feel held I need to stop I need to come back to life I need to reconnect with wanting I need to feel good in my body I need to get back into my body I need to feel close to someone I need to hold my line I need to say the thing I need to let something out I need to stop overthinking I need to stop shrinking

Each one maps to practices, prompts and — where the owner has added them — outside reading on that exact theme.

Journeys

Seven days on the thing you keep coming back to.

Guided week-long threads, one short piece a day, for the questions a single practice cannot answer.

Anna's studio

Something to listen to, in the moment.

Frequency recordings, guided classes, affirmations and stories — added by Anna, filed under the same needs as everything else, so the right one surfaces when you say what you need.

A class · 4 parts · 23 min

Sound healing: a first class

  1. Arrive3 min
  2. Breathe with it7 min
  3. Rest10 min
  4. Return3 min

Pure, slow tones built to breathe with. A practice, not a treatment.

What goes here

  • Frequency meditations — a steady tone for a particular mood, three to ten minutes.
  • Affirmations — one line, in Anna's voice, for the need you named.
  • Stories — real ones, from women who got through the thing you are in.
  • Video — short pieces from Anna, when a thing is better shown than read.

4 in the studio now, and growing.

Privacy

It asks you for the things people least want to hand over. So it is built around not having to trust anyone with them.

Encrypted at rest

Journal entries, notes and reflections are sealed with AES-256 before they touch the database. Nobody running the server can read them.

No ads. No data sold. No trackers.

Nothing on these pages is loaded from a third party — not a font, not an image, not an analytics script. Nobody else learns you were here.

Export or delete anything

Take everything out in one file. Delete a single entry, a whole measure, or the account. Gone means gone.

Shared only when you say so

Nothing is public unless you build a share card and approve it yourself — and a card can only ever carry a handful of derived, non-sensitive fields.

Two honest limits. This is not a medical or diagnostic service, and it does not treat anything. And it is not a chat companion — the analysis works behind the experience rather than as a conversation, because a product that talks back is harder to be honest with.

What to expect

It earns its opinions slowly.

Day 1An immediate, honest reflection on what you just said — and no claims about patterns, because there are none yet.
Day 7Your first Weekly Frequency report, and the beginnings of your baselines.
Day 30Trends across your own ranges. The first things it is willing to call emerging.
Day 90How you have actually changed — measured against who you were, not a chart.

Why this exists

What is missing is not more information. It is a way of noticing what is actually true for you — repeatedly, honestly, over time.

One-to-one

Work with Anna.

Some things a check-in can name but cannot resolve on its own. Anna works with a small number of women one-to-one — on desire, confidence, boundaries, the relationship that keeps circling — starting with a conversation rather than a commitment. Tell her a little about what is going on and how to reach you, and she will reply herself.

  • It starts with a conversation, not a commitment.
  • Your check-ins and journal stay yours. She sees only what you choose to tell her.
  • Members ask from inside the app; Anna replies herself.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need an invite?
For now, yes. Frequelle is in closed testing with a small group of women, and each of them has a code. If you have one, it is on the signup page. If you would like one, ask whoever sent you here.
What does it cost?
The first 7 days are a full trial, free. After that it is a monthly or annual plan; checking in, your journal and your history stay open either way — practices, Journeys and reports need a plan.
How long does a check-in take?
Under a minute. Three constant questions — mood, energy, stress — plus one or two rotating ones the app still needs answered. If something sits well outside your usual range it may ask what feels different today, instead of just filing a low number.
Who can see what I write?
You. Free text is encrypted before it is stored, and there is no screen anywhere in the product — including the admin screens — that shows another person's journal, check-ins or patterns. The people running it can see that you checked in. Not what you said.
Is this therapy? Is it a medical tool?
No, and it does not pretend to be. It is a self-awareness practice: it reflects your own entries back to you with as much evidence as it has, and it is deliberately conservative about what it claims. If you need care, please see someone who can give it.
What if it gets something wrong about me?
Tell it. Every observation can be confirmed, half-confirmed or rejected, and a rejected pattern is suppressed and changes what you are shown next. The rejections are the most useful thing you can give it.
Can I work with Anna one-to-one?
Yes, when she is taking people on. Members ask from a page inside the app — a few lines about what is going on and how to reach you — and she replies herself. Nothing from your check-ins or journal is attached to that request.
Can I leave, and take my data with me?
Yes. Export everything in one file from Settings, and delete any part of it — or all of it — whenever you like.

Start with one honest minute.

The first check-in sets the baseline everything else is measured against. By the end of the week, it has something to say to you.
